GO system
The main package Graphico is a modular modelling system used to develop the rod list for civil housing and public works. Developed for Windows(tm). It is a flexible, powerful and easy-to-use application.It can be used to design any type of armature. The system is structured as follows: Job-plan-group-figure-bundle. It generates printed reports for each production department: cutting, profiling, assembly.
Using theOptimo cutting module you can optimise the materials and the number of working cycles and then transfer this information to the machine via serial cable. Communication with strirrup machines and profiling centres occurs by means of a bar code. Production organisation is parameterised according to the user's requirements. The system allows defining the cutting system and the flow of material in the factory.
The order planning module is used to manage production and allows transmitting the grouped orders to the various production departments. Display of production dates, delivery dates, etc...
Using the additional modules you can manage material traceability (Grafo Trax), automatically import the longitudinal beam reinforcements in the working drawings (Grafo Cad), supervise production by controlling job execution and operator efficiency in real-time and obtain real production statistics also for manual machines and by operator(Grafo Boss).
