BAR FAB
BAR FAB was founded in Clearwater (Florida) in 1982 with the aim of marketing wire for reinforced concrete.
In 1985 Mr. Bobby Growe decided to invest by opening his own rebar shop which had to be efficient and flexible .
The decision turned out to be perfect, so much so that the company has shown a steady growth over the years going from 300 to the current 1300 T/month.
The cooperation with Schnell started with the purchase of the "PRIMA" stirrup bender.
"PRIMA", observed Mr. Growe, "proved to be an excellent machine: fast, reliable and easy to use."
The satisfaction with the work carried out with PRIMA and the excellent support of the SCHNELL PARTS & SERVICE where "I have always found the support I needed, both in terms of technical service and in obtaining spare parts", drove BAR FAB to complement its system with the BAR WISER S stirrup rebar-bending/shaping machines, equipped with the GENIUS automatic loader.
"The introduction of BAR WISER allowed us to achieve a reduction in working time and a general increase in productivity thanks to the combined action of a fast machine and a loader able to feed the machine automatically ".
This allowed BAR FAB to change the working load of the machines and achieve machining optimisation: the most complex work is processed on Bar Wiser with bars of 12,7, 16 and 19mm diameter, while on Prima more simple and greatly repetitive production is carried out with bars of 10 and 12,7mm diameter.
"Undoubtedly", concludes Mr. Growe, "in addition to my satisfaction with the two machines I installed, which function impeccably, the electrical power supply was the thing that convinced me most. Bar Wiser And Genius
Straight bar processing with the Bar Wiser machine has reached in the past few years a high level of remarkable precision, speed and of flexibility.
The Bar Wiser T.A., sophisticated version of the normal Bar Wiser, constitutes by itself an “over the edge” solution in means of processing bars.
The multifunctional centre Bar Wiser can process single strands #3, #4, #5, #6 and double strands #3, #4, #5.
Thanks to its motorized bar storage bench and collecting bench, the Barwiser T.A. becomes a completely automatic in all processing phases except during the loading of the bars.

Bar Wiser at Mca
Founded in 1976, Multiple Concrete Accessories Corp. (MCA) supplies concrete contractors and general contractors with every complementary product they need to do concrete work for residential and commercial builders in and around the Chicago Area.
To improve its rebar operations MCA has purchased a Schnell Bar Wiser fabricating machine.

GENIUS
