Schnell attention to the continuous improvement of the organizational processes, to the quality and reliability of its products has spontaneously brought the company to obtain, at the end of 2007, the quality system certification as per the ISO 9001 regulation, by the prestigious Organism of Certification TÜV Italy.
The Quality management system is an efficient organizational instrument able to manage every business process that has influence on the quality, as for example:
- planning and product development,
- customers’ orders administration,
- selection, evaluation and control of the suppliers,
- production,
- servicing.
Thanks to the accurate organization of the above-mentioned processes, Schnell pursues important aims, such as:
- customers complete satisfaction;
- improvement of the internal organization;
- involvement of its staff through trainings.
In order to better exemplify these concepts, Schnell promulgates the following abstract from its own Policy for the Quality:
“The Quality’s aim represents a point of reference to involve the efforts of the all company in order to obtain high quality standards; improving both customers satisfaction and business efficiency”.
